Back up Windows Azure SQL Database
With just a few clicks you're ready to schedule your SQL Azure backup. Just enter the credentials and get going.
Create transactionally consistent backups by simply checking a box. This will automatically create a temporary copy of your SQL Azure Database for the duration of the backup.
Retention policy allows you to keep backups for a number of days and removes them automatically when they get too old.
Back up your Blob storage
Ensure you always have backups of your Azure blobs or Amazon objects.
Easily backup multiple containers to Azure or Amazon, making sure you always have the latest files available.
If you're using Azure you can also use snapshots to keep changed blobs intact so you can get at them in the event of a failure. You can also use a retention policy to remove old snapshots and control the amount of space you use.
Back up SQL Server 2012 to Azure
NEW: Schedule backups of your SQL Server 2012 databases to Azure blob storage; use the same simple scheduling features as for Windows Azure SQL database, and so easily manage all your backups in one place.

Schedule your backups to run multiple times a day, daily, certain days of the week, weekly or monthly. Or forget all that and run it now if you're just trying things out.
Receive automated emails after each job
On each success or failure of a job the system automatically sends you a status email with details of the job.
You can feed this email into your reporting system by changing the destination email at any time.
Quickly review your jobs
Easily view your upcoming jobs and the history of past jobs. Run them immediately, clone them to create new jobs, or edit them easily.
Control how your backups are named
Ensure the backup file fits in with your standard backups by appending a timestamp you specify to the backup file name.
